Jodhpur Baori is distilled using a maceration of Indian flowers including lotus, white jasmine, marigold, lavender, gooseberry amla and rose. A delicate & elegant gin with floral and fresh flavours, the extension, like its Jodhpur siblings, features spices that are all indigenous to India. Among the recommended serves for Jodhpur Baori are ‘The Kamal Baori’ – 5cl of Jodhpur Baori, 2cl each of lychee nectar and fresh lime juice, topped up with tonic water and garnished with a lotto flower – and ‘The Amla Royal’ – 5cl of Jodhpur Baori with 1cl of blackcurrant liqueur finished with Cava and flowers to garnish.
